The mountain air of the Southern Alps of New Zealand

When you reach the the top of a mountain, it seems mandatory to take a huge breath of air.

You feel euphoric, empowered, energised and happy.

Why not practise this technique at home, when at the bottom of the mountain and experiencing the everyday drudgery and hardships that come your way.

Apparently breathing correctly and slowly helps us live a better more healthy life.

The mountain ranges in the South Island of New Zealand are quite brilliant in winter with snow covering their peaks and a coldness which permeates the soul.

Job 33.4. The spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives life.
